Every project runs in three stages
Exploration
We analyse your OEM lighting or plastic-part requirement, identifying use cases, functionality needs and target vehicle types. This research-driven phase lays the foundation for efficient design.
Development
Our designers and engineers use CAD modelling, rapid prototyping and advanced tooling to bring the idea to life, focusing on durability, heat resistance, material strength and electrical compliance.
Production
Validated designs enter full-scale production in our Delhi facility using injection moulding and assembly systems, under strict quality control and iCAT-certification protocols.
